- Residents of the Canadian Niagara Region are offered a special Niagara Resident discounted rate with valid photo ID. US Local rates are also available for residents of Niagara Falls/Porter/Lewiston and for Grand Island/Tonawanda/Buffalo/Lackawana/Hamburg (USA) with valid photo ID.
- Local rates are not valid during the following dates: Family Day Weekend, Easter Weekend, Victoria Day Weekend, Canada Day Weekend and Christmas school break.
- Valid ID showing address will be required upon check-in to receive the discounted rate. Not providing valid Photo ID will result in refusal of Admission to the waterpark.
- We encourage guests to bring their own towels, complimentary towels are no longer available at the Waterpark. Should you forget to pack a towel, they can be purchased at the park if required.
- Everyone who enters the park must purchase a wristband and the wristband must be worn at all times. This includes adults who are not using the facilities and are only supervising children. Children under 3yrs of age are free.
- Day passes not purchased in conjunction with Falls Avenue Resort Waterpark Packages may not be admitted during peak and holiday periods.
